The team is comprised of specialised account handlers and medical writers, all with science degrees, managing a variety of projects to support pharmaceutical companies in communicating scientific data to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals and patients.
We are seeking an Account Executive to work on a large account supporting a variety of projects for a global pharmaceutical company. Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist with the quality control of materials including scientific publications, slide decks and materials for events.
- Route materials through the client’s review processes and track the status of materials under review.
- Assist with the submission of abstracts and manuscripts, including collection of required information from authors.
- Accomplish multiple tasks to deadline with scrupulous attention to detail.
- Build expertise in project management to become able to manage larger projects over time.
About you:
- Experience in a similar role is not essential, but you must have an interest in the scientific and commercial aspects of drug development.
- Biological science degree.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Available to work full-time.
- Able to commute to the office.
