Overview:
- Integrated account work: You’ll work on genuinely integrated accounts where digital sits at the centre of the work, collaborating closely with strategy, creative, corporate affairs, health and social teams across the agency.
- Campaign delivery and digital innovation: You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital campaigns for major global brands, spanning social content, influencer activity, paid, reporting and digital innovation projects.
- Client management and global coordination: You’ll build strong client relationships and help lead day-to-day account management across complex international programmes across sectors such as healthcare, finance, energy, FMCG and professional services.
- High-profile global campaigns: You’ll have the opportunity to support major global campaigns and integrated workstreams, where you’ll contribute with ideas, shape approaches and push digital thinking forward.
- Cross-network collaboration: You’ll be part of a collaborative digital team working across the Omnicom network.

The day to day includes:
- Social media copy and content development: Developing short- and/or long-form content for the client’s platforms (incl. Meta, LinkedIn, X, and more), aligned to client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Project management and coordination: Tracking project timelines and deliverables, regularly updating cross-functional team members, coordinating workflows to ensure timely project delivery.
- Research: Conducting ad-hoc desk research asks to analyse target audience demographics, behaviours and social media trends; using social listening tools to identify trends, sentiment and conversation topics.
- Reporting: Analysing social media metrics and campaign performance data, to create performance dashboards and reports summarising key data points and trends, identifying performance insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Attending and supporting client meetings and presentations: Participating in client calls (online and in-person), taking detailed notes on client feedback, requests and approvals; documenting action items and deadlines, following up internally and externally; providing support materials for client presentations (e.g., data, case studies, proposals).
- Creating content briefs and campaign plans: Translating briefs into content plans, outlining campaign objectives, key messages, content pillars and posting schedules; identifying content gaps and proposing content ideas aligned to client objectives; promptly actioning on client feedback and approvals.
- Monitoring social and digital channels and trends: Following client social accounts and competitor accounts to flag important activity or changes; staying on top of platform algorithm changes, new features, trends and best practices, alerting the Digital or account team where necessary.
- Supporting new business: Conducting research for RFP responses and pitches; developing presentation materials, proposals, background briefings; attending pitches and supporting presentation delivery and Q&A.
- Stakeholder management: Handling day-to-day outreach to media contacts, influencers, and digital partners on behalf of clients.
- Admin and operations: Maintaining accurate timesheets, activity logs, and project documentation; organising and filing client materials, campaign assets and approval documentation; supporting the team with scheduling, meeting coordination and administrative tasks, flagging inefficiencies or project improvements as needed.
About you:
- Experience with digital and social media management and measurement platforms including at least some of the following: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, other emerging platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with good attention to detail; is confident developing materials for review.
- Experience in a stakeholder-facing role, and is confident handling day-to-day interactions and developing peer-to-peer relationships.
- Understanding and interest in LLMs and how they can support client work and delivery output.
- Experience in paid campaign content development and/or delivery desirable.
- Content production skills, including knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) desirable.
- SEO & GEO experience desirable.
