Track and report on account performance, KPIs, and financial status to senior management. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk management across accounts. Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has: Experience in media and digital PR within a communications agency, in‐house, or as a former journalist/influencer with a track record of delivering outstanding coverage and results for clients. Strong understanding of traditional media outlets, digital platforms, including social media, content management systems, and web analytics tools. Adept at client management and providing strategic media counsel that drives cut‐through in today's media ecosystem. Skilled in content creation, writing, presenting, and reporting. Organised, proactive, and results‐driven, with a passion for new media, communications and innovation. Collaborative, inclusive, and committed to continuous learning. Excited by the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including travel, consumer tech, consumer healthcare, FMCG, entertainment, and more. Ready to bring energy, personality, new ideas and creativity to a team that's making a real impact. Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships. Strong team leadership and people development skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and reporting.
