Overview

We have been named PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Best Places to Work; a “Standout Agency” on Advertising Age’s A-List; NAFE’s “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for six years running; and among our firm’s award-winning work we’ve taken home 5 Lions in the past two years at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity.

This is a client-facing role for a strategic thinker and digital-native with a deep understanding of how brands can show up and thrive across social platforms. You’ll lead best-in-class integrated campaigns, combining earned storytelling with bold content, creator partnerships, paid media, and commerce-led thinking — all underpinned by data and cultural insight. You will play a key role in helping to lead and further innovate the London Influencer offering, working closely with FH colleagues globally and across Omnicom.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone. As the only PR Agency awarded EY’s National Equality Standard (twice!), all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.

The team

We harness the collective power of creative, social and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award-winning communications. With this in mind, we create provocative, inspiring solutions for big brands with stories to tell - which could be anything from a blog or social campaign to an installation, film, event or long-term movement. And while we’re part of a successful global group, we have developed a ‘start-up’ mentality of bravery and entrepreneurialism, rooted in business-changing ideas.

The work

You’ll work closely with clients to build brand relevance, inspire action, and drive measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, channel-first work that builds community and converts attention into results — including in the fast-evolving world of digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Client Leadership: Lead social and influencer strategy for the agency’s top consumer brands, working with clients leveraging audience and cultural insights; and deep platform knowledge to create strategies and campaigns that drive real measurable impact. A proactive senior leader and client partner, providing confident counsel and consistent excellent delivery.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop smart, insight-led social strategies that clearly define social media’s role as part of integrated campaigns (paid, owned, and earned tactics). Build cross-platform content and channel plans for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms. Lead the integration of influencer marketing into social strategies, defining the role of creators in the digital ecosystem and how impact is measured. Develop digital commerce strategies that connect content with conversion, including shoppable media and performance-driving partnerships. Use social listening and analytics (OMC tech stack) to optimise content and engagement strategy.
  • Team & Creative Leadership: Collaborate closely with creative, production, influencer and data specialists to produce bold, platform-native content. Champion innovation, testing and learning across all social and influencer activations. Integration into the agencies global social and influencer communities.
  • New Business & Thought Leadership: Contribute to new business efforts, including social-first creative strategies, influencer recommendations and digital commerce insights. Represent the agency in pitches, panels and industry events as a digital expert and brand advocate. Stay ahead of cultural shifts, platform innovation, and commerce trends to inform future-facing client work.

If you have experience in the above we’d love to hear from you.
