The team Comprised of specialised account handlers and medical writers, all with science degrees, the team manages a variety of projects to support pharmaceutical companies in communicating scientific data to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals and patients.

The role We are seeking an Account Manager to work on a large account supporting a variety of projects for a global pharmaceutical company.

  • Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage multi‑faced projects to deadline, with scrupulous tracking of project status.
  • Route materials through the client’s review processes.
  • Liaise with designers to ensure optimal layout of scientific posters, graphical abstracts and materials for events.
  • Provide quality control of materials including scientific publications and slide decks.
  • Assist with the development and tracking of project budgets.

About You

  • Previous experience in medical communications account management, particularly within a communications agency.
  • Biological science degree.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to work full‑time.
  • Able to commute to the office.
