- Ensuring the smooth running of accounts by managing team activity, overseeing the delivery of timely, high‑quality deliverables, providing feedback and guidance to junior team members, and supporting budgeting and financial management.
- Building effective client relationships by using your understanding of your clients’ priorities and pain points to offer strategic counsel and anticipate client requests and needs.
- Being actively involved in the team’s new business efforts, including contributing to proposals and pitches, supporting marketing activity and networking with prospects.
- Working with other FleishmanHillard offices, ensuring processes and systems work efficiently and supporting the development of multi‑country campaigns hubbed from London.
- Delivering continuous feedback both upwards and downwards to help us be more inclusive, supporting and effective as a team.
