If you’re looking to continue your communications career in an award-winning global agency, then this might just be the role for you!

We have been named PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Best Places to Work; a “Standout Agency” on Advertising Age’s A-List; NAFE’s “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for six years running; and among our firm’s award-winning work we’ve taken home 5 Lions at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in previous years. We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone. As the only PR Agency awarded EY’s National Equality Standard (twice!), all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age. Do let us know if you need any adjustments made during the interview process.

The Team: Our Brand Impact team harness the collective power of creative, social and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award‑winning communications. We create provocative, inspiring solutions for big brands with stories to tell – which could be anything from traditional media, social first content and creators to an installation, film, event or long‑term movement. And while we’re part of a successful global group, we have developed a ‘start‑up’ mentality of bravery and entrepreneurialism, rooted in business‑changing ideas.

The Role: This is a role at the cutting edge of sports, gaming, and youth culture communications. You'll be the pulse of what's trending, spotting cultural moments on social channels before they go mainstream, and translating them into bold, shareable campaigns that capture audiences' imagination. Working across PR, social, and creator partnerships, you'll craft integrated campaigns that live and breathe across platforms, turning fleeting trends into powerful brand moments. This role is perfect for someone with a finger on the pulse of culture who thrives in a fast‑paced, reactive environment, with the opportunity to build strategic relationships with athletes, creators, and streamers while shaping how leading brands engage with sports fans and online communities. You'll be both the strategist and executor, developing culturally‑led campaigns from concept through to impact, while establishing yourself as the go‑to expert on emerging trends in sports, gaming, and social media culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Insights + Culture
    • Identify and capitalise on emerging trends in sport, gaming, fan culture and relevant cultural moments and proactively bring reactive content ideas to clients.
    • Translate trends from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch into social content and PR‑able stories.
    • Monitor breaking news, trends, fan sentiment to identify reactive comms and marketing opportunities.
    • Contribute to new business pitches with earned media, social and culturally relevant ideas.
  • Creative and strategy
    • Input into delivery of integrated comms (PR x social x creator) campaigns.
    • Support on content/story ideation rooted in football, sport, and online/social media culture, ensuring work is timely, relevant and shareable.
    • Develop and deliver creative and culturally‑led campaigns that live across PR and social channels.
  • Execution
    • Support with, and drive, social‑first content planning, ensuring campaigns are designed to perform natively on each platform.
    • Support in driving high‑impact and alternative media opportunities while ensuring stories are optimised for social amplification.
    • Manage global media relations, press materials and media pitching as required.
    • Brief talent (athletes, creators, streamers), ensuring content aligns with both PR and social objectives.
    • Act as an internal and external voice on trends across sport, social media, youth culture and gaming.

About You:

  • Passionate for sports, particularly football, with a varied understanding of fan culture and digital communities.
  • Proven experience in brand comms with a strong social/digital skillset, with experience in sports and youth culture – and ideally gaming.
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and how content lands across the mix.
  • Experience working with creators or talent/athletes, ideally in sport and/or gaming.
  • Creative thinker with a social‑first mindset and strong cultural awareness.
  • Experience of working with and responding to creative briefs.
  • Curiosity in and zeitgeist of cultural and social trends.
  • A real collaborator who champions inclusion, feedback and professional development.
  • Right to work in the UK and able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days per week.

What We Offer You:

  • A warm and friendly team with a fantastic portfolio of global and UK clients.
  • A truly global network, the opportunity to be part of multi‑market campaigns, regularly working with colleagues across the globe.
  • Global mobility, a programme of short‑term or permanent exchange opportunities, particularly in EMEA or the US.
