Our Brand Impact team harnesses the collective power of creative, social and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award‑winning communications. This role is a senior leadership position responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of premium consumer brands. You’ll provide strategic oversight, client leadership, and team management to deliver comprehensive brand campaigns across media relations, influencer partnerships, social media, and experiential events. You will drive client growth and organisational success through strategic relationship building, budget management, and measurable campaign delivery, while also mentoring team members on best practices and positioning the agency as a thought leader within the industry.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Senior leader across large FMCG & Lifestyle client portfolio
  • Guide teams and clients with strategic thinking, planning and oversight that ensures delivery of impact and results, client satisfaction and builds client growth.
  • Build and deepen client relationships
  • Orchestrate brand campaigns spanning media relations, influencer partnerships, social media content development, experiential events and more
  • Drive new business and organic growth through strategic networking and cross‑market opportunities
  • Counsel and mentor your team on best practices in terms of planning, client servicing, content delivery, client growth and retention
  • Own client budgets and project delivery, delivering exceptional service and measurable impact for clients
  • Contribute to thought leadership, represent the agency at industry events, and shape where we go next

About You:

  • A confident, curious brand communicator with strong FMCG and Lifestyle brand experience
  • A confident leader of integrated teams and multi‑channel programmes – from that first creative idea to flawless delivery across digital, social, traditional media, and real‑world experiences
  • A passionate expert in the FMCG space, both in the UK and internationally
  • Able to span both brand and corporate worlds, to offer executive and crisis support when needed.
  • A real collaborator who champions inclusion, feedback and professional development
  • Right to work in the UK and able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days per week
