Role
Reporting into our technology sector lead, you'll support a portfolio of clients and play a primary role as deputy account lead on a high‑profile (top 20 global client) across multiple workstreams. As the global AOR for this client you'll work closely with senior management to:
- Serve as the day‑to‑day lead, managing integrated PR programmes, across multiple corporate workstreams.
- Build and deepen client relationships, providing trusted strategic counsel and forward‑thinking communications plans grounded in audience insight and data.
- Oversee multi‑market activations spanning media relations, crisis comms, executive profiling, social media, content development, and events, while coordinating seamless delivery in international markets.
- Drive new business and organic growth, supporting pitches, networking, and cross‑practice opportunities.
- Oversee client budgets and project delivery, ensuring the highest standards of service and measurable impact.
- Inspire, mentor and motivate junior colleagues, fostering an inclusive, supportive and high‑performing team culture.
- Actively contribute to thought leadership, represent FH at industry events, and help shape the future of our technology practice.
About You
- A strategic communicator with strong B2B Technology sector experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Skilled at building client trust and delivering standout campaigns that make a real impact.
- Confident leading integrated teams and multi‑channel programmes—from concept to delivery.
- An innovator – experience and/or interest in leaning into AI/Integration and data and analytics.
- Adept at navigating complex, fast‑moving sectors, with a passion for translating technical topics for broad audiences.
- A collaborative leader who champions inclusion, feedback and professional development.
You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days p/week.
