The role involves reporting into an Associate Director, and we are looking for an extra pair of hands to deliver integrated social and digital comms for a global B2B/Health tech client. This would suit both career freelancers and those looking for temp to perm. For those working via Ltd companies, this role would fall inside IR35 and requires an element of in office working. Duration - 3 months initially but likely to keep rolling for the foreseeable.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team to provide strategic counsel to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of social and digital communications.
- Developing and implementing best in class social and digital strategies.
- Partnering with our design and production teams to oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content targeting a variety of audiences, across a range of channels and platforms.
- Scoping and managing social and digital projects based on timeframes and objectives with accuracy on hours, skillsets and deliverables.
- Analysing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Producing and analysing a variety of data driven reports on performance across organic and paid.
About you:
- You must be social first with a strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Broader knowledge of the digital ecosystem i.e. websites, programmatic and display, mobile, search & SEO.
- Background in B2B/corporate social and digital comms - particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
