£30k pa Hybrid Role (working across our sites in Surrey & South West London and our office space in Cobham) 40 Hours a week (flexible working hours between 7am-6pm). February Start (Flexible)

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a dynamic, fast‑paced Operations team with opportunities to grow. In this role you will work across our key operational focus areas, including:

  • Supporting daily nursery operations and providing general nursery cover as needed
  • Planning and leading team events, parent events, and open days
  • Coordinating kit ordering and processing to ensure all equipment is ready and available
  • Actioning site operations tickets relating to health and safety
  • Assisting with new site set‑up support working as part of the team to embed our ethos
  • Leading physical marketing including leafleting and social media content creation
  • Supporting our Family Experience and Operations Lead with customer admin and recruitment tasks
