Lead Educator & Holiday Camps Lead role at FLEISCHMAN REALTY GROUP. Up to £33k pa. We offer a 4 Day Working Week. We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries.

As a Lead Educator at our Cobham setting, you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

  • You will be able to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
  • You will support our Camp Leads and Nursery Manager acting as a person in charge in nursery and holiday camp.
  • You will support our Educators to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
  • You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
  • You will organise our holiday camp provision for 10 weeks of the year including staffing, planning, quality assurance and on the ground delivery.
  • You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.
  • You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
