We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a diverse range of modular building projects across WA’s metro and surrounding regions. In this full‑time role, you’ll manage on‑site construction activities, drive safety and quality standards, and ensure each project is delivered on schedule and within budget. You’ll work across multiple sites, supported by a company vehicle, giving you the flexibility to stay connected with teams and lead effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and guide site teams, ensuring project milestones are met
- Interpret drawings and specifications to provide clear construction direction
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labour
- Oversee subcontractor performance and daily site operations
- Ensure compliance with project documents, specifications, and internal procedures
- Champion safety and uphold all site policies and procedures
What you’ll bring
- A confident and capable construction mindset with strong site supervision experience, ideally within modular or transportable construction.
- A solid understanding of the building industry, including Australian Standards, regulations, and modern construction techniques.
- A safety‑first approach and a genuine commitment to maintaining safe work practices on site.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities, ensuring proactive and efficient site operations.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and drive.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar commercial construction role.
- Current WA driver’s licence.
- Construction Induction Training (White Card).
- S26 certification (advantageous).
