As our Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery within our Perth operations, working closely with internal teams and clients to keep projects on track. You’ll support our site teams with coordinating documentation, tracking progress and supporting delivery from planning through to completion. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, detail and working across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Support project delivery through reporting, tracking and administration across multiple projects
  • Monitor certification and compliance requirements to support project completion
  • Coordinate invoicing, progress claims and financial documentation in line with project requirements
  • Assist with job budget tracking, expenditure and internal processes
  • Maintain key project registers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement of systems, processes and administrative practices

About you

You’re an organised and detail‑driven coordinator with experience supporting projects in a construction or manufacturing environment. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities and take pride in keeping things accurate, on track and running smoothly. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in project or contract administration, ideally within construction or manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across teams
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office & ERP systems
  • Understanding of invoicing, budgets and project financials
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to work
