You’ll play an important role in keeping modular projects organised and on track, with a strong focus on document control and project support ensuring information is accurate, organised and accessible at every stage. Working closely with project teams, you’ll help keep projects running smoothly by supporting reporting, compliance and administration from planning through to completion. This role suits someone highly organised, detail-driven and confident managing documentation across multiple projects in a fast-paced construction or manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage project document control, ensuring all information is accurate, current and properly recorded
  • Maintain and update project registers, records and systems
  • Support project delivery through reporting, tracking and administration
  • Compile and monitor certification requirements for compliance and project completion
  • Coordinate invoicing, progress claims and financial documentation
  • Assist with job budgets, expenditure tracking and internal processes
  • Prepare reports on project status and outstanding documentation
  • Archive and manage project files including quality and safety documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support project outcomes
  • Attend meetings and provide accurate minutes and follow-ups

About you

You’re an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience supporting projects, ideally in construction or manufacturing. You take pride in keeping documentation accurate, structured and up to date, and enjoy working across teams to support delivery.

  • Experience in project or contract administration
  • Strong document control and record-keeping capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of invoicing, budgets and project financials
  • Exposure to building certification or project handover processes (desirable)
