This is a full-time role based at our High Wycombe modular building facility, working in a factory environment where you’ll be involved in framing, fit-out and assembly work that brings our builds to life. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew, following established processes to meet safety, quality and production targets, with the opportunity to see projects come together from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble various building components, including flooring, wall frames, roof trusses, windows, doors, and exterior claddings.
- Set up building levels and alignments according to drawings and project requirements.
- Build additional structures such as stairs, ramps, eaves, and transit walls.
- Assist team members and labourers to support project progress and completion.
- Conduct maintenance, repair work, modifications, and reworks as needed to ensure quality and safety.
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment, and comply with workplace health and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Carpentry trade qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- White Card (Construction Card)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
