As our Business Support Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of day‑to‑day operations, keeping things running smoothly while creating a welcoming first impression for everyone who walks through the door. This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll balance front‑of‑house responsibilities with providing high‑quality administrative and coordination support across the business, including Sales, Construction, Maintenance, and People & Culture. You’ll play a key role in keeping the business moving, building strong relationships across teams, and becoming the go to support for a range of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional experience
  • Keep front‑of‑house running smoothly (phones, visitors, deliveries)
  • Support the General Manager with scheduling, meetings, and reporting
  • Assist sales, construction, and project teams with documents and coordination
  • Coordinate travel bookings, expenses, and general administration
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
  • Maintain office systems, records, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate office supplies, servicing, and day‑to‑day operations
  • Support team events, engagement activities, and catering
  • Identify ways to improve processes and keep things running efficiently
