The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 ÂŁ per year.

Responsibilities include liaising with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to identify, prioritise, and complete maintenance tasks across multiple projects. Coordinate and support trades and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality completion of works. Perform a variety of maintenance and general building repair tasks, both onsite and offsite, including labouring duties as required. Conduct daily pre-start checks on machinery and equipment, maintain accurate records, and arrange repairs or servicing as needed. Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas through consistent housekeeping and safe work practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance, construction, or building services role.
  • Knowledge of the building or manufacturing industry (modular experience advantageous).
  • A strong safety focus with a commitment to safe work practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • A strong team mindset, reliability, punctuality, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to switch between tasks effectively.
  • Current valid Australian driver’s licence.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Trade qualification (desirable).
