Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to lead our estimating team at our High Wycombe modular building facility. This hands-on leadership role drives the estimating function, sets priorities, coordinates resources, reviews estimates and cost plans, and delivers tenders accurately, commercially and on time.
You will work closely with Design, Manufacturing, Construction, Sales and Procurement to shape project outcomes, improve estimating processes, and foster collaboration.
