Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician to join Fleetline Tyre Services, supporting our fleet customers with safe, efficient tyre fitting and maintenance—both on-site and at the roadside.

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 (DOE)
Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, plus 08:00–13:00 every other Saturday
Responsibilities
- Mobile fitting, removal and repair of truck, bus and light commercial tyres on customer sites and at the roadside.
- Conducting fleet inspections: tread depth, pressures, condition and casing management.
- Roadside breakdown response in line with industry safety standards; correct jacking, torqueing and retorque procedures.
- Accurate completion of digital job sheets and customer sign-offs on a handheld device.
- Advising customers on best-value tyre husbandry (repairs, regroove, rotate, retorque, replace).
- Maintaining van stock, tools and PPE; daily vehicle checks and housekeeping.
- Working safely: adhering to company H&S policies, risk assessments and site rules.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a commercial tyre fitter/technician (TBR/OTR/LCV).
- Full UK manual driving licence (acceptable points).
- Confident with roadside working and following safe systems of work.
- Able to use a handheld/e-jobsheet system for jobs, photos and signatures.
- Strong customer focus; clear communication and tidy workmanship.
- REACT roadside accreditation (NTDA) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Right to work in the UK.
