Fleetcraft builds the critical infrastructure for the next generation of aircraft.
Aerospace is in a once-in-a-lifetime transformation. OEMs have decade-long backlogs, new manufacturers are racing to market, and demand for spaceflight is surging. Meanwhile the industry is hundreds of thousands of technicians short, and the systems used to maintain and manufacture aircraft are slow, manual, and largely unchanged in decades.
We're building the systems that work alongside technicians, understand the aircraft, and keep the hangar moving.
Our team has helped launch airlines and put satellites into orbit. Our aviation advisory board has run major aircraft OEMs, led airworthiness at Gulfstream, and overseen training facilities that educate a quarter of all aircraft mechanics in the US.
Susa Ventures led our seed alongside Liquid 2 VC, early backers of Anduril and Stoke Space. We've raised a $5.3M seed round and are on track for our Series A.
What you’ll do
You’ll build and scale the core systems aircraft technicians use every day: deciding the architecture, writing the code, and sitting in the hangar watching people use it.
- Build and scale the core systems that aircraft MROs rely on every day.
- Build AI agent systems end-to-end, from voice interfaces on the hangar floor to workflow orchestration across maintenance operations.
- Own projects from architecture to deployment, with autonomy over technical decisions.
- Own reliability: infrastructure, observability, and evals for AI in a regulated industry.
- Turn aerospace data into trusted pipelines, from maintenance manuals and work orders to airworthiness directives and parts catalogues.
- Stay at the frontier by adopting new model capabilities and improving the team's tooling.
- Talk to technicians, maintenance managers, and regulators, then turn what you learn into product decisions.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of full-stack experience.
- Ability to build high-quality software fast.
- A co-owner mindset. We'll give you the customer context and the autonomy to find the best path forward, and expect you to own the outcome.
- You learn fast. Aerospace experience isn't required.
- You're pragmatic and structured.
Strong plus
Early-stage experience, competitive programming, trading, building agents.

What we offer
£100k–£120k salary plus meaningful early-stage equity.
Modern tools, real-world impact in a regulated industry, and the chance to define how AI transforms aerospace from the ground up.
We are a small, high-trust team where your decisions move the whole company forward. If you're energised by building production AI systems that solve hard, real-world problems - and you want the ownership and pace that only comes from being early at something important, we'd love to talk.
