About Fleetcraft
Aerospace represents the best of human engineering. Yet the systems that build and maintain aircraft are slow, manual, and barely changed in decades - and with a mounting shortage of personnel and parts capacity, the industry has to change to grow.
We're reshaping how aircraft are maintained and manufactured, to make innovation faster, cheaper, and more accessible across the entire industry. We're already working with MROs on three continents.
Our seed was led by Susa Ventures (a 1-in-10 unicorn hit rate), who doubled down a year later at 2× the valuation, alongside Liquid 2 VC, early backers of Anduril and Stoke Space.
You'll work with a team that has helped launch airlines and put satellites into orbit - and with our aviation advisory board, whose members have run some of the largest aircraft OEMs, led airworthiness at Gulfstream, and overseen training facilities that educate a quarter of all aircraft mechanics in the US.
The Role
You'll work directly with the founders across sales, GTM, fundraising, and operations. The role is generalist by nature, with a core focus on sales and GTM. If you want unmatched exposure to every dimension of building a company, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Sales: Generate and close leads alongside the founders - research prospects, prepare materials, and help move deals forward
- GTM: Shape strategy and own execution as we grow and bring new products to market
- Fundraising: Build materials, manage outreach, and keep investors informed as we scale
What We're Looking For
- Someone who’s obsessively organised
- Biased toward action
- Comfortable in chaos - ambiguity doesn't frustrate you, it motivates you
- You've operated at pace before - startup experience is a plus
- Sharp communicator, internally and externally
- You want to build a company one day
What You'll Get
Hands-on exposure to every dimension of building a company, in one of the most complex and consequential industries in the world. Competitive salary and meaningful equity. A team that moves fast, works hard, and backs each other fully. Meals when you're staying late, and relocation support if you need it.
