We are looking to hire a Business Analyst within our International Vehicle Payments Technology landscape. This position is located in Meriden.

In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end process excellence across the International Vehicle Payments Technology landscape. You will act as a strategic partner to Technology and Business leadership, identifying, analyzing, and transforming operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and increase commercial value. You will report directly to the VP, IT Performance, and regularly collaborate with International Vehicle Payments Technology Leadership, Product Leadership, and Business Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end‑to‑end analysis of cross‑functional business processes to identify inefficiencies, duplication, control gaps, and operational risks.
  • Documenting current‑state processes using structured modelling standards such as BPMN.
  • Designing future‑state processes aligned to strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and performance targets.
  • Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and value‑stream methodologies to drive measurable cycle‑time reduction, cost optimization, and quality uplift.
  • Establishing process ownership models, governance structures, and performance metrics.
  • Building and maintaining a structured process inventory and control framework.
  • Tracking and reporting measurable improvement outcomes to ensure sustained benefits realisation.

Performance & Data‑Driven Insight

  • Defining operational KPIs aligned to strategic and process objectives.
  • Using data‑driven analysis to diagnose root causes and validate improvement hypotheses.
  • Supporting development of performance dashboards and management reporting.
  • Partnering with business leaders to monitor and refine process performance.

Requirements & Change Enablement

  • Translating process improvements into clear functional and non‑functional system requirements.
  • Facilitating discovery workshops to eliminate ambiguity and streamline workflows.
  • Ensuring technology solutions align to agreed future‑state processes.
  • Conducting change impact assessments related to process redesign and operating model changes.
  • Supporting stakeholder adoption through documentation, training, and governance enablement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified by experience, with a proven track record in business analysis.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience within an international organization; experience in the payments industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree considered desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio (professional level); experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the BPMN framework would be an advantage.
  • Significant experience leading end‑to‑end business process improvement within complex, technology‑enabled environments.
  • Expertise in structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or value‑stream mapping.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable operational improvements (e.g., cost, cycle time, quality, control).
  • Strong capability in current‑state assessment, root‑cause analysis, and future‑state design.
  • Experience establishing process governance, ownership models, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to translate process redesign into system, data, and control requirements.
  • Confident facilitation of cross‑functional workshops to diagnose inefficiencies and drive alignment.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to quantify impact.
  • Desirable: Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent disciplines.
  • Recognised Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS, CBAP, PMI‑PBA).
  • Experience supporting large‑scale operating model transformations.
  • Exposure to performance reporting or data visualization tools.
