Contract position within the Corpay Complete team, reporting directly to the VP of Product, Corpay Complete.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning for the multi‑currency card programme.
  • Assess current card platform, processor setup and delivery model to identify gaps for multi‑currency card issuing and settlement.
  • Work with card schemes, the processor and external parties to define required scheme, processing, product and operational capabilities.
  • Build the overall project plan, including milestones, dependencies, owners, risks and critical decisions.
  • Define the target operating model covering authorisation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, controls, servicing and reporting.
  • Shape the phased delivery approach.
  • Help define commercial and operational requirements for key use cases such as virtual cards, purchasing/AP flows and travel/expense.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Sales and external partners to create a clear mobilisation plan.
  • Establish programme governance, RAID log, working groups and executive updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering card issuing or commercial card programmes.
  • Proven expertise in card processing – authorisation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, disputes and scheme requirements.
  • Direct experience with multi‑currency card products or programmes linked to multi‑currency accounts or cross‑border payment solutions.
  • Experience working with Visa and/or Mastercard, issuers, processors and other external partners.
  • Deep understanding of commercial card use cases, including virtual cards, AP, expense and cross‑border spend.
  • Ability to translate strategy into a practical delivery plan with clear milestones and dependencies.
  • Comfortable working across external partners and internal stakeholders at pace.
  • Strong programme leadership, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

By the end of the engagement we should have a clear, realistic plan for launching multi‑currency cards, including: what needs to be built, what operational changes are required, the support needed from schemes and processors, the sequencing, and the capabilities and resources required to execute successfully.
