Corpay is currently looking to hire an Associate Implementation Analyst on a permanent basis within our Corpay Complete division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is based in our London office. In this role you will lead the successful implementation of UK clients across our corporate card solutions, overseeing the full delivery of client setups and ensuring seamless integration into client systems, processes and business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Corpay Complete corporate card implementation lifecycle from contract signature to go-live and hyper-care.
- Oversee all reporting and analysis on the corporate card product within the customer portfolio.
- Coordinate with clients on product configuration, training, integrations and operational alignment.
- Refine implementation processes and delivery playbooks.
- Produce and maintain documentation, including implementation forms and product guides.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to support pre-sales scoping, design, solution delivery and card issuing.
- Act as point-of-contact for clients and sales during card issuing and hyper-care.
- Ensure client satisfaction and delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any experience in card payments would be beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field would be beneficial.
- Experience working with accounts payable and ERP systems would be beneficial.
- Experience building operational processes from the ground up would be beneficial.
- Able to converse with customers and understand their business needs.
- Strong client engagement and communication capabilities.
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and able to achieve high returns with minimal resources.
