Your primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture strong, productive relationships with channel partners, executives, and sales teams, acting as the primary liaison for Fleet.
- Execute Fleet's channel strategy, supporting partner acquisition and achieving revenue targets through partner organizations.
- Facilitate and manage joint selling initiatives between channel partners and Fleet's direct sales team, ensuring seamless coordination and minimising conflict.
- Support the development and launch of new partner offerings and go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities for incremental joint revenue and ensuring partner compliance with programs and agreements.
- Collaborate extensively with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Design, Customer Success, and Engineering, as well as external stakeholders, to enhance product offerings, provide partner feedback, and capture market opportunities.
- Understand the market dynamics, industry-specific trends, and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions that foster sustainable business growth through the channel.
- Work with the Product Design, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to facilitate feature development based on channel and prospect asks.
- Collaborate with Marketing to help execute and track campaigns, to achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.

Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
System-oriented thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of supporting process improvements and operational efficiency within a channel ecosystem.
Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven, remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities and complex projects.
Love technology and can explain how things work in detail, with experience marketing to or working with IT engineers, security engineers, or DevOps teams.
Experience with Slack, Salesforce, Google Suite, GitHub, and other tools in an all-remote setting.
Bonus: Direct experience with Fleet, MDM, osquery or SQL query writing, and working with Client Platform Engineering, SRE, or Security Engineering teams.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000. Fleet provides competitive compensation based on our compensation philosophy, as well as comprehensive benefits.
