Fleet X Logistics Ltd is a fast-growing delivery company working with one of the world’s largest online retailers. We provide everything you need to become a successful delivery driver, including a company van, fuel, insurance, training, and full support.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering parcels to homes and businesses using a company-provided delivery van. Routes are pre-planned using advanced delivery technology, helping you complete your day efficiently.

Standard route duration is based on a 9-hour working day.
What We Need From You
• Minimum age 21 (insurance requirement)
• Valid UK/EU manual driving licence (Category B)
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Able to commute daily to our depot at DPO1 Havant (PO9 2NG)
• Comfortable driving a delivery van
• Able to pass DBS background check
• Able to pass drug & alcohol test
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Available weekdays and at least one weekend day
Previous delivery experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

Qualifications
Requirements
• Full UK/EU driving licence (held for minimum 12 months preferred)
• Manual or automatic licence accepted
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, IN, or TT offences)
• Previous van driving or delivery experience preferred but not essential
• Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must pass DBS background check
• Must pass drug & alcohol screening
• Physically fit and comfortable with multi-drop deliveries
• Basic English required for navigation and customer communication
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Available weekdays and at least one weekend day
Please note: Company vans remain at the depot overnight for insurance and operational reasons. You will need your own transport (car, bike, or public transport) to travel to and from DPO1 Havant (PO9 2NG).
