Fleet X Logistics Ltd is now hiring Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers in Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport, Fareham, and nearby areas. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to deliver parcels safely and efficiently using company-provided vans, fuel, and insurance. Full training provided — no experience necessary! It’s a self-employed role.

Shift Pattern: 9 hours (12 Noon - 9pm)

What We Offer:

Your Role:

  • Deliver parcels to homes and businesses
  • Follow pre-planned routes using handheld device
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Load, scan, and handle parcels up to 23kg

Requirements:

  • Van driving experience required
  • Full UK or EU driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
  • Held UK licence 1 year minimum / automatic accepted
  • Maximum 6 points – no DR, IN, or TT offences
  • Must pass drug & alcohol screening and background check
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Basic English for navigation and communication

Please note: Company vans must stay at the depot overnight for insurance and contract reasons. You’ll need your own transport (car, bike, or public transport) to travel to and from the depot.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent (it’s a self-employed role)

Pay: £128.70 - £155.00 per day

Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, Yearly bonus

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekend availability. Shifts start between 11:45 AM and 12:30 PM, and you’ll get at least 2 weeks’ notice of your exact start time. Each shift typically lasts around 9 hours, giving you a clear schedule to plan your day.

Ability to commute/relocate: Portsmouth PO9 2NG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
