Are you a recent graduate passionate about education, but lacking formal tutoring experience? We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our Graduate Trainee Tutor Programme – a structured training pathway designed to develop confident, capable tutors who can make a real impact.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent university graduates with proof of degree completion within English, Maths & Science (minimum 360 credits or a degree certificate).
- Applicants with suitable qualifications who do not yet have six months of relevant experience in education or tutoring.
About the Programme:
- A comprehensive induction, including a 2-hour in-person group training session covering key areas such as:
- Setting learning objectives
- Progress reporting
Your Progression Path:
- Graduate Trainee Tutors will:
- Begin with carefully selected placements (online or in-school – KS3-KS5)
- Work toward building a minimum of 52 hours of delivered tuition
- Be supported and observed to ensure high-quality delivery
- Transition to full tutor status upon completion of the programme and meeting our experience threshold
