We’re hiring on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking health and well-being supplement company, and they’re on the lookout for a highly organised, confident, and people-focused Talent Administrator to join their internal recruitment team. What’s on offer:

  • £26,000 – £27,000 salary (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible working hours (9:00 – 17:30 core hours, with some flexibility)
  • 2 days per week in the office – Wednesday is essential
  • Fully office-based for the first 2 months for onboarding

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a busy recruitment inbox
  • Updating and maintaining Excel-based candidate trackers
  • Scheduling interviews and handling diary management for hiring managers
  • Supporting with resourcing candidates in the Customer Care Advisor (CCA) team
  • Reviewing recruitment data and reporting back with confidence and clarity
  • Identifying opportunities to improve admin processes
  • Getting involved in interviews and the hiring process as you grow into the role

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional admin skills – organised, efficient, and detail-obsessed
  • Confident using Excel (you won’t need to build formulas – just work with them)
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking to managers and even directors
  • A genuine passion for people and continuous improvement
  • Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A people person with a proactive attitude
  • German language skills are a bonus, but not required
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent teams is helpful but not essential
