For those who’ve built their foundations — and are ready to shape the skyline. You’re already good at what you do. You’ve led projects and juggled stakeholders. You know your way around BS, Eurocodes, spreadsheets, steel, and site meetings. But you’re looking for a role that’s more than just “more of the same.” This is that role.
We’re looking for Principal or Senior Structural Engineers who want to do things properly: deliver work they’re proud of, lead with integrity, and bring clarity to complexity. You’ll join a team that values engineering intelligence as much as emotional intelligence — because technical brilliance is nothing without collaboration, foresight, and commercial acumen.
You’ll have freedom to lead, space to innovate, and the kind of projects that make your portfolio pop — from urban regeneration and infrastructure challenges to high-end residential and complex architectural structures. If you thrive in that sweet spot between rigour and creativity, precision and people skills — you’ll feel right at home here. The role can be based anywhere in the UK but will require time in the office.
