About the Role
As a Structural Engineer / Associate Director, you will take on a pivotal role within our client’s team, driving project delivery, client engagement, and team leadership. Reporting to the Directors, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects, from large-scale developments to unique, high-profile structures requiring creative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design process from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to provide innovative and practical engineering solutions tailored to each project’s needs.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional development and upholding the company’s high standards of excellence.
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and prepare comprehensive reports and calculations.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to business development through client relationship management and identifying new opportunities.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Experience working on projects such as multi-storey commercial buildings, residential developments, or industrial facilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Ambition and a proactive approach, with a desire to grow within the company and take on greater responsibilities.
