An outstanding vehicle leasing broker we have supported for a number of years. Everyone we have placed loves the business and is flying in terms of income and job satisfaction! Our client is a highly regarded, and hugely respected contract hire brokerage, and they have been on an amazing journey. They are driven by principles, fantastic ethics, and brilliant values. They have an enviable reputation in their marketplace for customer retention and due in a significant uplift in the number of enquiries and leads they are receiving, need to recruit a new salesperson to their team.
Commission of circa £30,000 - £45,000 a year, over and above salary is being achieved in the current team, who are all a great bunch of people.

The Role
In a nutshell your role will be to manage inbound opportunities and using great qualification, and outstanding relationship building skills, close deals!
You will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in the vehicle leasing broker market

- Your ability to provide accurate forecasts
- How you manage your time effectively and prioritize sales tasks
- Your performance against targets
