Our client is a highly regarded and hugely respected vehicle contract hire and fleet management provider. Due to an impending retirement in their team, they have tasked Fleet Recruitment in helping them find a talented Purchasing and Sales Support Manager to lead a team of eight colleagues who support clients and the sales team.

The Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding service to the organisation's clients and sales team by ensuring your team are prioritising the tasks and functions that ultimately result in the service being delivered. The role is varied and covers:
- Daily people management and leadership in relation to the team’s tasks and functions
- Setting up new vehicle suppliers
- Data management relating to Leaselink and other fleet industry software
- Reporting when vehicles have been unable to be ordered
What are we looking for in a candidate?
First and foremost, experience in people management and the UK vehicle leasing and/or automotive industry – especially related to software and Leaselink. We also need to see:
- Great diary and time management
- The ability to deliver a plan
- Customer and stakeholder management skills that build solid relationships, for the customer, for our client, and for you
