We are looking for a capable and confident chemist, technician, or engineer to support on-site chemical operations at Welsh Refinery, working directly with refinery staff to maintain safe and effective fuel, hydrocarbon, and water systems. You will be the face of the chemical services team on-site, with full backup from an experienced crew and a clear scope of responsibility. Whether you are already experienced in industrial chemistry or looking to step out of the lab and into live operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical skills where they will have immediate impact.
- What you’ll do:
- Carry out oil and water sampling, testing, and technical reporting
- Support refinery operations in hydrocarbon process and water treatment areas
- Manage on-site inventory and keep clear, accurate records
- Act as a key contact for reporting and communication with on-site stakeholders
- Maintain high safety and compliance standards at all times
- What we’re looking for:
- Degree-qualified or experienced chemist, technician, or engineer
