- Role & Purpose
Stellantis Fleet Hub Support Assistant is a member of the Corporate Sales team and will report to the Stellantis Corporate Sales Manager.
The Fleet Hub Support Assistant will be responsible for the smooth operation of vehicle movements in and out of our offsite storage compound as needed by the demands of the business.

Responsibilities – Sales Support
- Checking in of all transporter deliveries to the vehicle storage compound
- Maintain the vehicle compound so vehicles are accessible and can be moved in and out as needed.
- Delivering and collecting cars from the compound as needed by the workshop, valet team or sales team.
- Ensuring cars and vans are accessible for sub-contractors to access and complete work on as needed.
- Liaising with fleet delivery team to ensure all vehicles required are back on site in time for preparation and collection by delivery agents.
- Completing paperwork and damage reports plus photos as needed when cars arrive from manufacturers
- Completing delivery packs and fuelling cars for delivery in time for collection by delivery agents.
- Fit mats and other accessories required in the cars by leasing firms or customers.
- Loading all handover packs up to ensure a timely payout from finance firms and broker partners.
- Ensuring bulk collections are ready when transporters are due in to collect multiple units.
- End of days checks to ensure all cars are cleaned and ready to be delivered out the following day.
