We are now looking to recruit an Outbound Telemarketing Executive to support our business development strategy and help drive continued success.

Salary: £26000- £28000 per annum plus bonus
Weekdays 9am to 5.15pm, with no weekend or evening work

The Role
As an Outbound Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, developing a strong pipeline of prospects, and maintaining accurate records on our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with businesses ranging from sole traders to large corporate customers via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Developing a robust pipeline of prospects and booking appointments for the business development team
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs
- Regularly updating and maintaining the CRM system
- Maintaining ongoing contact with prospects and existing customers
About You
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues
