Fleet Financial is one of the UK’s top 50 leasing companies, managing over 4,500 cars and vans for more than 1,300 customers. We are now looking to recruit an Outbound Telemarketing Executive to support our business development strategy and help drive continued success.

As an Outbound Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, developing a strong pipeline of prospects, and maintaining accurate records on our CRM system.

  • Regularly updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues
