This is a relationship‑led education delivery role focused on coordinating SEND tuition programmes, managing regional client partnerships and deploying Educators to support learners with complex needs.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and deploy Educators across a designated geographical region to support learners with SEND and complex additional needs.
- Build strong working relationships with local authorities, schools, alternative provisions and parents/carers.
- Match Educators effectively to learners based on educational needs, availability, location and suitability.
- Manage a high‑volume workflow of learner placements, Educator engagement and client communication.
- Maintain regular contact with Educators to ensure strong engagement, availability and quality delivery.
- Support schools and local authorities with tailored tuition and workforce solutions.
- Work collaboratively with Business Development Managers to identify opportunities for service growth, upselling and client expansion.
- Attend client visits and review meetings to strengthen relationships and support ongoing partnerships.
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery while balancing commercial objectives and learner outcomes.
- Coordinate safeguarding and compliance processes in line with safer recruitment standards.
- Work proactively and reactively to manage changing learner requirements and operational priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within education, recruitment, tuition, SEND, safeguarding or learner support environments.
- Strong understanding of tuition delivery, inclusion and alternative education pathways.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with schools, local authorities, parents/carers and tutors.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tuition programmes and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with confidence promoting and selling tuition solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, databases and digital platforms to manage workflow and reporting.
- Ability to manage tutor engagement, utilisation and attendance effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally with recruiters, resourcers, BDMs and operational teams.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around safeguarding and safer recruitment compliance.
