Fleet Education Services is seeking Tutors who hold Qualified Teacher Status to help support learners with English, Maths, and/or Science GCSE tuition across Camden through face-to-face tuition. With your help we will ensure that "Every Learner is Thriving".

What you'll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status with Teacher Reference Number
  • A completed Bachelor's degree or Level 6 qualification
  • Prior 6 months' teaching or tutoring experience in the UK
  • Right to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours
  • A current Enhanced DBS certificate, issued for the Children's Barred List only and subscribed to the DBS Update Service
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering in-person tuition in learners' homes or schools

  • Maintaining accurate session records via our online platform

Experience with learners who may present:

  • Special Educational Needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
  • Childhood trauma or complex learning profiles
