An insight to the role: The purpose of this role is to implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the promotion of the company's services and brand. The role will involve reviewing and monitoring industry trends to identify potential opportunities. The role will include ongoing social media management and promotion, maximising client experience and ensuring the brand image is consistent across all areas of the organisation.
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Avonbury Business Park, Bicester, OX26 2UA
Holiday entitlement: 24 days (increasing by one day after two years service to a maximum of 29 days) plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a short term and long-term marketing strategy
- Market FCLG in line with the company's ethos, mission and principles
- Increase marketing touch points with existing clients, these must be effective and of value
- Use marketing techniques to reach prospective new customers
- Generate new leads through well thought out marketing material and sensible approaches
- Increase FCLG's presence within the local communities
