An insight to our Team. You will undertake the administration for our Client's Car Scheme and processing vehicles for employees. Support employees through telephone and email communication, work with other suppliers to manage the supply of cars, and assist the client in providing reporting and information regarding the progress of the Car Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all registered vehicles are insured through individual policies or on the MID Portal.
- Working within the Clients KPIs, communicate with drivers to sign relevant documentation and arrange handover appointments.
- Completing refurb paperwork and entering charges into the Clients Car Scheme system to be charged to the driver through Payroll deductions.
- Liaising and working with other suppliers to ensure the efficient process of the scheme.
- Responsible for the onsite training of new starters and implementing training plans.
- Be the onsite liaison withing FCLG for the Clients queries withing the office.
- V5s management.
- Monitor and regulate the quality of outbound customer communication and LiveChat responses.
- Develop and provide structured training for new starters.
- Ensure that the incoming departmental mail is handled appropriately by ensuring there is staff coverage in the office.
- Become the conduit for FCLG DVLA checks and reporting for drivers in coordination with the Business Support Team Leader.
- Take the lead on the Clients reporting.
- Along with the other Senior Administrator, be the first point of escalation for all of the team members.
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Avonbury Business Park, Bicester, OX26 2UA
Holiday entitlement: 24 days (increasing by one day after two years service to a maximum of 29 days) plus bank holidays
