An insight to our Team: This is a fast paced, varied role where you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks across all areas within the department whilst supporting customers with queries by phone, email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email inbox monitoring.
  • Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users.
  • Website access assistance.
  • Daily Report formatting and issuing.
  • Monitoring and responding to live chat questions.
  • Processing payments and taking payments over the phone.
  • Operation of Client software for vehicle management.
  • Continuous process review and improvement.
  • Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management.
  • Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner.
  • General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements.
  • Escalating queries when required.
Essential & desirable skills:
  • Competent with IT.
  • Confident on the phone and with email communication.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Able to use initiative and solve problems.
  • Accurate when completing repetitive tasks.
  • Happy to ask lots of questions whilst learning.
  • Able to multitask and work between multiple systems.

Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Location: Avonbury Business Park, Bicester, OX26 2UA

Holiday entitlement: 24 days (increasing by one day after two years service to a maximum of 29 days) plus bank holidays
