An insight to Business Support: This is a fast paced, varied role where you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks across all areas within the department whilst supporting customers with policy based queries by phone, email and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting company car users validate their driving licences online.
- Supporting event and fleet operators with the management of their driving licence validations.
- Email inbox monitoring.
- Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users.
- Offering general advice about driving licence rules etc to stakeholders.
- Website access assistance.
- Formatting online accounts for new system users.
- Assist with setting up driving events in an online portal.
- Weekly Licence status reports to clients for their Portals.
- Daily Report formatting and issuing.
- Monitoring and responding to live chat questions.
- Dealing with incoming calls surrounding the company car scheme.
- Updating user accounts with up-to-date information.
- Processing vehicle loan agreements and tracking daily reports.
- Ordering company vehicles and amending existing orders.
- Turning on/off vehicle entitlements.
- Processing payments and taking payments over the phone.
- Operation of Client software for vehicle management.
- Import of Third-Party Insurance data.
- Physical V5 Management.
- Vehicle Loan Agreement support.
- Fleet loading to the MID for all clients.
- Support of client used vehicle discount scheme.
- Management of vehicle fines and PCNs.
- Support other internal departments using MIAFTR.
- Completing HPI checks and performing resale audits.
- Administration of client new starters and leavers across various platforms.
- Continuous process review and improvement.
- Providing support for driving dispensations.
- Administration of vehicle insurance rule listings.
- Audit of vehicle handovers across multiple locations.
- Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management.
- Fleet Administration for Zero and low emission zones and other toll roads.
- Be competent with IT.
- Be confident on the phone and with email communication.
- Be trustworthy and reliable.
- Be organised and methodical.
- Be able to use initiative and solve problems.
- Be accurate when completing repetitive tasks.
- Be happy to ask lots of questions whilst learning.
- Be able to multitask and work between multiple systems.
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Avonbury Business Park, Bicester, OX26 2UA
Holiday entitlement: 24 days (increasing by one day after two years service to a maximum of 29 days) plus bank holidays
