An insight to our Team. This is a fast paced, varied role where you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks across all areas within the department whilst supporting customers with queries by phone, email and live chat.
Essential & desirable skills:
- Competent with IT.
- Confident on the phone and with email communication.

- Able to use initiative and solve problems.
- Accurate when completing repetitive tasks.
- Happy to ask lots of questions whilst learning.
- Able to multitask and work between multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email inbox monitoring.
- Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users.
- Website access assistance.
- Daily Report formatting and issuing.
- Monitoring and responding to live chat questions.
- Processing payments and taking payments over the phone.
- Operation of Client software for vehicle management.
- Continuous process review and improvement.
- Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management.
- Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner.
- General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements.
- Escalating queries when required.
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Avonbury Business Park, Bicester, OX26 2UA
Holiday entitlement: 24 days (increasing by one day after two years service to a maximum of 29 days) plus bank holidays
