Job Purpose/ Summary As a Management Role Car (MRC) Order Administrator you will support the Clients management car scheme by placing, logging, tracking and reviewing orders. The role is busy and requires a high level of accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place orders received via the ordering portal into Vista (Clients Ordering Gateway which feeds the scheduling/build phase)
- Log orders placed into Vista on the CVMS (Company Vehicles Management System) and add the financial information
- Carry out peer checks/four eyes reviews on orders placed to ensure complete accuracy
- Manage an internal ordering inbox
- Other ad hoc admin duties as and when required
Technical Skills:
- Must be very organised
- Good communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
- Able to learn how bespoke systems work quickly
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to work alone and problem solve
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Well-motivated and key team player
Working hours: 8:30am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Laindon
Holiday entitlement: 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing by one day after two years service to a maximum of 27 days)
