We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our growing team and be responsible for the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems on our clients' sites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structured cabling installation, CCTV, system design, and possess a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build CCTV systems for various applications
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best locations for cameras and equipment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, and other related equipment
- Perform system integration with other security systems such as Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding CCTV system operation
Skills:
- Proven experience working in a security engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking, telecommunication systems, IDS, and CCTV.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
