The Role

Group subject matter expert for eFleet, Global Vehicle Group’s Fleet Management System. Responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and utilisation of eFleet across all customers. This includes supporting Sales teams, onboarding customers, delivering training and demonstrations, whilst working closely with IT to enhance system functionality and overall user experience.

What I will I be doing

  • Promote eFleet as a key Fleet Management solution, ensuring Sales teams and customers fully understand its benefits.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all eFleet related queries across the group.
  • Support sales by articulating system capabilities and demonstrating how eFleet meets customer needs.
  • Create and maintain user guides.
  • Provide feedback to IT based on customer experience to enhance future platform functionality.
  • Lead the onboarding process, supporting customers with data uploads, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Partner with Sales teams across the group to promote the benefits of eFleet.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the eFleet platform, including all key features and functionality.

What will I need to succeed

  • Demonstrable experience in fleet management, leasing, or operational systems (preferably within automotive or mobility sectors).
  • Experience of working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Experience in delivering training, workshops, or product demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of supporting customer onboarding and delivering system-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital fleet management platforms and system adoption principles.
