The role

This is an opportunity for someone looking to gain entry level experience in HR for a 3 month period and supporting our busy UK People & Culture team with generalist HR support. This is an office based role and you will gain experience of an office environment and a busy People & Culture team supporting 4 companies across the UK. The salary for this role is Real Living Wage.

What will I be doing

  • Generalist HR administrative support
  • Updating people systems
  • Background check administration
  • Helping onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Drafting offers and contracts
  • Screening candidates on our ATS system
  • Arranging interviews and follow ups
  • Updating reports and data

What will I need to succeed

  • Understanding the principals of HR and confidentiality
  • Interest in HR or studying HR
