Fleek in London is seeking a senior leader to build and scale a global People function from the ground up. You will shape operating models, culture, and talent processes across London, Karachi, and Bangalore to support a fast-growing AI-enabled fashion supply chain platform.
You will partner with founders to design org design, compensation, performance, and leadership development, while leveraging AI to enhance every people process and reduce the need for incremental headcount.
